1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of https://praetek.com and services provided by PRAETEK.

2. Products & Intended Use
PRAETEK produces airsoft components and accessories. Products are intended for lawful airsoft use only.

You agree:

• Not to modify or use products in any unlawful manner
• Not to use products with real firearms unless explicitly stated

PRAETEK is not liable for misuse.

3. Assumption of Risk
Use of airsoft products involves inherent risk.
By purchasing, you assume all risks related to use, installation, and modification.

4. Custom Design Services

For custom 3D modeling and manufacturing:

• All specifications must be provided by the customer
• Customer is responsible for legality and safety of designs
• Quotes are estimates and may change based on complexity

• If a customer submits an idea, concept, or request that is not pursued or completed, PRAETEK reserves the right to independently develop similar or related products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  Submission of ideas does not create any obligation of confidentiality or compensation unless a formal agreement is executed.

Design Ownership:

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PRAETEK retains ownership of all designs
• Ownership may transfer only if explicitly stated in a separate agreement

5. Intellectual Property
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute PRAETEK designs without permission.

6. Production & Fulfillment

• Most products are made-to-order
• Standard production time: minimum 3 business days
• Delays may occur due to complexity or volume

Shipping times are separate from production times.

7. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be paid in full before production begins
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All disputes must be submitted to PRAETEK before initiating a chargeback
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account bans

Custom orders are generally non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability
PRAETEK is not liable for:

• Misuse of products
• Improper installation
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PRAETEK harmless from claims arising from misuse or unlawful use.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
