Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

• • Custom 3D printed parts

• • Custom-designed products

• • Used or modified items

3. Additive Manufacturing Appearance Standard

 

• • PRAETEK products are produced using additive manufacturing. Customer acknowledges that 3D-printed products may show minor cosmetic characteristics that are normal to the manufacturing process. These may include slight stringing, visible layer lines, minor layer shifts, small gaps, small blobs or zits, light overhang marks, minor sagging, slight discoloration, or small post-processing marks from removed print-support features such as mouse ears. These cosmetic characteristics are not considered defects when they do not affect the intended function, fit, or airsoft use of the product.

• • PRAETEK inspects each product before shipping. If a part does not meet PRAETEK’s acceptable functional or aesthetic quality standards, it is scrapped and reprinted. If a part passes inspection, it is considered acceptable for shipment.
  • Minor cosmetic characteristics from additive manufacturing are not, by themselves, grounds for return or refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

 

• • Contact us within 7 days

• • Provide photos and description

We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

 

• • Orders may be canceled ONLY before production begins

• • Once production starts, cancellation is not guaranteed

6. Chargebacks
Customers must contact PRAETEK before initiating a chargeback.

7. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in resolution.
