PRAETEK Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy Agreement

PRAETEK maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect brand integrity, dealer margins, and long-term market stability.

Dealers may not advertise PRAETEK products below the established MAP price in any public-facing medium including websites, marketplaces, advertisements, social media, email campaigns, or printed materials.

Violations of this MAP policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of wholesale purchasing privileges at PRAETEK’s sole discretion.
